INTERNATIONAL 

Flat Rate - $25 AUS Australia Post Standard Shipping, arrival of your parcel will be 10 - 30 Business Days after dispatch

Please note IRRGANG is not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges, these may be imposed on the delivery of your parcel or cause a delay in transit. We do not have control of the cost in which your country may charge. We do recommend prior to purchase to contact your local customs office that may be able to assist if you are unsure.

IRRGANG will not accept the return of a parcel where the customer have decided to reject the customs charges or taxes. This is the responsibility of you as a customer. If we receives your parcel as a 'return to sender' for failing to pay the charges, IRRGANG will deduct a further $25 AUD for the charge we received. We will then issue with a credit note with the remaining balance. 

 

YOUR PARCEL

IRRGANG is not responsible for the lost, damaged or delayed of parcels in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or other delivery carriers. We will give you your tracking number of your parcel and on your behalf we will track and trace your parcel in a case where it needs to be located. We will also lodge an investigation if required. 

IRRGANG does not cover the cost of items you return.

Parcels identified as 'return to sender' (eg failure to collect, rejection of customs / import fees) will result in a credit to you, deducting the postage cost incurred by IRRGANG through Australia Post for return shipment. Following this, we are unable to provide complimentary resend of such parcels received as 'return to sender'.
